About Us
We are a network of senior advocates and licensed healthcare
experts who aim to help older individuals get the help they
need. We love the idea that individuals can continue to live in
their own homes instead of moving to nursing homes or other
similar facilities.We are advocates for anyone who wants to apply for PACE. We
will assist you with the following:
- Help you decide if you are a good candidate for PACE
- Help you with the application and answer any questions you have
- Help facilitate enrollment appointments
- Keep you updated on the status of your application
We never charge for our services.We are able to provide these services free of charge because
we are compensated directly by PACE providers based on
enrollments, and this has no effect on premiums at all.
Locations:While we are based out of Fresno and Los Angeles (plus a new
location in Orange County in the near future), we travel all
over California. If you want to meet in person, give us a
call, and we'll see if we can work it out.
